Asked & the concern is mainly large Posts. Most little Posts are flush with $500 in their account, large Posts have in some cases hundreds of thousands we are stuck. A small price to pay to be part of this great organization. In my experience most inspectors use a bit of sense in most cases.

Maybe it is because, as my experience has shown me, that most Post and some Dist. Cmdrs don't keep a current edition of the Manual or if they do they don't read it.

Yes, Walt,
Please ask why there are questions concerning 2 signatures and pre-signed checks since it is no longer mandatory to have two signatures. The question is moot since the By-Law change of two years ago.

Does anyone know how to post a flyer in pdf format? I've been converting the PDF file intpo Word then transfering the file to "Word Pad" Then I copy it to the blog. It seems like a very complicated way of doing this process.

Just upload it as a .pdf to your blog.
If you cannot upload a pdf, contact your State Blog Master to have that capability added to your "photo" upload section.

I often think of the disparaging remarks made about Quartermasters. As a Comba6t Veteran of WW 2, I never heard critical comment from a Beach Master..

Walt, I wont argue the fact of not having an oar. Yes, we just struggle along doing the best we can in our positions as quartermasters. Some days are easier than others.
