How can we get more members to notice the little green chat box on the lower right and come into chat and join the discussions?

FYI folks...

I've been in contact with the platform provider about that little bug in the chat system that cuts off the last word or couple of words from the end of sentences. Their response is that it is a known bug in the chat system and they are working to resolve it. No timeline given as to when they expect to have it fixed. Hopefully soon.

Please go to the main page and below the pictures, you will find the "the shu's change in the chat's toolbar. You may need to click on the online icon (turning it from red to green), then click on the arrow to get the chat window to pop out and then you can see the chat text and will able to respond.

I agree that the best experience with the chat for me is by using Mozilla Firefox.

I established this group in order to help others that may be having trouble getting into the chat. Many times we see someone in chat but they will not answer us and since one has to try to get to chat we figure that they are trying to make contact but for some reason are unable to respond. If you are one of those then please tell us your issue here and maybe someone can answer and help.

Makes me think that one has to have IE 7 or above in order to use chat or use Firefox instead.

We have found that because I am on the latest Firefox I have to only click on the arrow on the lower right for the chat window to detach and open, but we also found out that when I use the Internet Explorer that I have which is IE 6 that the chat option is not there.

We have been having a discussion about My VFW WebCom on the teamspeak option and have came to the conclusion that different version of Internet Explorer and Firefox work different.
