Send me the IP from the post and I can fix it.  You only think you have issues.  My ISP issues me a new IP each time I turn it on.  I have to fix mine daily so far.

The hackers only affected the older versions of IE but the new passwords were for all.  I am running Firefox on XP and one of them could be why I failed to be able to change my password.

That could be Joe.  I was told that the basic problem at National was with older versions on Internet Explorer.  On another note.  I still have trouble with editing on the District and Post sites if I try to log in from a new computer.  I was able to get my home and work ok with your help but now I can't access the dashboard from the computer at the post.  Seems kind of weird that you have a system that is IP sensitive.

Makes me tend to wonder if the type of browser or the operating system on different computers we are using has anything to do with it.

I had to call National yesterday to reset mine. Only waited about 3 minutes to hook up with someone from IT. Then too khim about 10 minutes to get me up and running again.

It took me a little over 2 minutes to change mine-Successfully!!!

Tried to change mine today with no luck even after several attempts.  Went back a couple of hours later and still no luck.  Hate to have to go back to snailmail but what can one do otherwise.

I was able to reset mine last night also.  It is due to the security breach and you will probably have trouble getting in to National since everybody has to reset their password.  Please be patient there are only a few of them and lots of us.

I was able to change mine ok with no issues.

It likely has to do with the security breach at National.  One can only wait until they are open to call.  There is a toll free number listed in the Supply Catalog to call during working hours
