Thanks.  I really like the KLR.  Reliable, dependable, and they don't over-tinker with the design every year.  I like getting off the road occasionally and this rig fits the bill.  The BMW Dakar/Sertao is nice but, I could buy four of these for the cost of one of those.  Plus, I have yet to go to a continent where I haven't seen these.  I know most on here are Harley fanatics but, I get tired of only the road.

I am doing major modifications to it now.  Getting it ready for a dual sport ride in Colorado (provided, the state hasn't burned completely in August).  Colorado Dual Sport
