Establishment of the Jacksonville Veterans Treatment Court, an alternative Court for non-violent felony Vets. Veteran Mentors are the key component to this incredibly successful nation-wide movement to help Veterans remain law-abiding, get the medical/counseling help from the VA and fellow Vets to remain productive members of society.
