A VFW for the Young Veterans

When my son returned from Iraq for the second time he couldn't wait to join the VFW. Both of his late Grandfathers were active members in the local post and he admired them greatly. I setup a meeting with two members and they welcomed him with open arms. He was very excited and couldn't wait tell his war buddies that he was a Lifetime Member. But soon the excitement wained and then he quit coming to the meeting.
