- My home post in Washington, PA signed me up after I went to Vietnam in 1969.
- Military Service History
- Enlisted in Army in 1960, retired in 1980 (20 years-20 days), Berlin Crisis (Germersheim), Cuban Crisis (Key West). Alaska 64-68. Appointed Warrant Officer 1969, Vietnam (1969-70) and (1971-72), Germany 1974-77. Retired from Civil Service 2000. Total of 35 years of Federal Service. Finished out my working life with a parachute manfacturing company (Irvin Aerospace) as a purchasing agent.

- I was born at an early age in Utica, New York. Lived in Lakewood, Ohio, Evanston, IL, and Washington, PA where I joined the Army. Six children, six grand children and 4 great grand children.

Thanks for your reply. Joined Post 11533 in Greensboro today as a Life Member. Perhaps in the future I can help the post with its homepage and other online presence needs.
