Tell us about yourself
I became an Eagle Scout in 1985, joined the military and have been PROUD of choice ever since.
In 1987 I earned my "Qualified in Submarines" designation on board the USS Salt Lake City (SSN-716.)
Currently I am a Quakity and Environmental Systems Coordinator at an Automation /Industrial Washer manufacturer, Harry Major Machine in Clinton Twp., Mi.
I have been with the company since 1991. I started out as a Genral Labor, moved up to Painter, Machine Operator, CNC Programmer, 2nd Shift Supervisor and then into the "front office" and my current position.
I have been the Surgeon for my Post since 2007 and now we are proud to host semi-annual Blood Drives along with all our other activities.
In 2008 we were the first organization to bring the "Vietnam Combat Veterans Ltd., Moving Wall" into St. Clair County, Mi.; This was a huge amount of work, but well worth the effort.
Interests and hobbies
I have a passion for designing patches and coins.
I have several designs which have been adopted by other US Subvet "bases" and have created some designs for the purposes of fundraising, including 2 patches which the funds are dedicated to 2-different submarine museums.
I do not charge for any design [patch or coin], but I do ask, if they go into production I be sent one for my collection.
The offer is always open to any Veterans Organization, but I do all my work on a first-come, first-serve basis.

>Lockwood Internet Base~ Member
