V-I Rally Update

I can confirm that Pat Dollard has accepted the invitation from Gathering of Eagles National Director Chris Hill and Band of Mothers founder Bev Perlson to attend our V-I Rally on 13 June 2009 on the National Mall in Washington DC.

I can state with certainty that Marcus Luttrell has been invited to attend and has tentatively accepted.

Thanks to the USOGirls at DFW, (the airport), the 6-4 CAV will be getting a little taste of North… Continue

This Is Not Going To End Well

A liberal newspaper columnist and former counsel to billionaire George Soros’ Open Societies Institute has been tapped for a key Defense Department position despite what Washington insiders have termed her “extremist,” Bush-bashing views.

Rosa Brooks will serve as principal adviser to Undersecretary of Defense Michele Flournoy, according to a report in the Weekly Standard. In that substantial insider position, Brooks, who once famously penned that the Bush…

Enemy Mine

We have met the enemy and we be dem, at least according to OhhDaddy and the eFFbEEeYE.

According to the Northeast Intelligence Network, FBI and DHS spied on and monitored the organizers of the 15 April Tea Parties beginning on or about 25 March 2009.

If you were one of the estimated 750,000 Americans who attended one of about 600 TEA parties last week, you might have seen media cameras covering the event. Media cameras, however, were not the only cameras taking… Continue

Texas war hero helps nab suspects in dog shooting

HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) — A highly decorated Navy SEAL who found his beloved yellow Labrador retriever shot dead outside his home helped capture the alleged gunmen following a high-speed chase through three counties.

Marcus Luttrell stayed on the line with a 911 operator April 1 as he tried to catch the fleeing suspects during the 40-mile chase that reached speeds of over 100 mph.

"I told them, 'You need to get somebody out here because if I catch them I'm going to kill… Continue

My Third meeting

Had a good meeting last night. We held our elections and I was able to view and participate in the process. I was nominated for Jr. Vice and was overwhelmingly accepted. One of the members I will call him SGM stated, " I just met this individual thirty seconds ago, was wondering if he could stand up and tell us about himself?" I being me, stated that I sure will, but it would have been nice if the others did an intro also because I don't know any of you that was nominated. So after five minutes… Continue
