Duties of the Post Quartermaster

I have been getting involved in a few chats concerning Post/District QMs and thought I would post the "The Duties of the Post Quartermaster" straight from the CD that national sent out this past May. The main concern in these chats has been QMs not allowing members to look at the books. I believe H covers it. How to Forward E-Mails!!!

Do you really know how to forward e-mails? 50% do and 50% do not. Do you wonder why you get viruses and/or junk mail? Do you like it? Every time you forward an e-mail there is information left over from the people who got the message before you, namely their e-mail addresses & names. Department of Missouri Group

I was just going through the list of members and found that there are 56 members here from Missouri and only 11 of them have joined the Missouri group.
