All of Missouri's 13 district commanders, as well as most district senior-vice commandes, met with Missouri Line Officers and Staff Officers for a full day of instruction on this coming year's programs and expectations. Nancy Cowan, currently MO Sr-Vice Commander, was in charge of the instruction as the incoming MO State VFW Commander. Several of the program coordinators were also on hand to familiarize the new incoming district commanders on their specialty programs. Short classes were held on computer usage - particularly Community Service Program reporting. National as well as MO State requirements and expectations were shared with the group by MO Line Officers. A long, but informative day for our incoming leaders of MO Veterans of Foreign Wars !!
